In case anyone hasn't heard....they have an 11 MONTH backlog!!!!! And people complain about PSA!

The 11 month backlog is for NON-GUARANTEED orders. Let's just make sure we're putting all the facts out there.

Yes...sorry.....11 months is still an atrocity, guaranteed or not.

Just wondering, can someone contact them and say forget it, 11 months is way too long, please send my cards back?

Remember that BGS charged for those submissions up front. So they've had the cash in their bank accounts all this time and hasn't completed the job. PSA, at least, charges you once your order is completed.

People who have called BGS to ask for their return have been recommended to upgrade to 10-day service at full price to get the order finished ASAP. Sounds like extortion to me.

They did just that to me last year! I sent in 30+ cards in November and had nothing by March or April - they made me pay MORE money to upgrade.

I’ll never use them again.

I sent cards to PSA at the end of May for their monthly psa/dna Special and have already gotten some back. For that alone they have my future biz.

John, that is horrible. I don't agree with that at all. You couldn't even dispute it on a chargeback in case there was an issue, so much time has passed.

Psa times are estimated, none are guaranteed either

Yes....but PSA doesn't bill you until the order is complete. That part they got correct. Billing you and taking almost a year to do the work is 100% absurd!
