Mantle item help

Any one know what this is. I found it for nothing at a junk shop. I have no idea what it belonged to or what it might be.

Its from MICKEY MANTLE BIG LEAGUE BASEBALL Game, from 1957 - 1959 Manufactured by Gardner toys

Roughly a ten to twenty dollar piece but they are cool looking.
