I do believe this is his first attempt at selling on eBay since it is the only thing he has for sale and no feedback. I wish him well.

He probably just mimicked the description of another one he saw listed (and doesn't even know what Mint Condition means).

Either that, or he handled the Ticket just after consuming a box of Junior Mints... thus producing a Ticket in Mint Condition.

Unfortunately looks like the patron ran out of toilet paper and had to improvise.
