Haven't seen any posts on guessing grades from the TPG's for a while so here we go!

No prizes but whoever gets the closest in accuracy I guess gets board bragging rights!

Seems like that T206 Guy hasn't lost a step being that he was closest to the grades...

Reiser - Grade 8OC 1 of 37 in pop report.
Dente - Grade 8OC 1 of 69 in pop report.
Dobson - Grade 9MC 1 of 5 in pop report.

Needless to say I was ok with these grades...

All 5's. :)

I like Irv and the 5's.

Hard to play the game on small images But I'm going with 4's.

Look Mint 9 to me Besides Centering.

I would have said PSA 9 (OC) or PSA 8 (OC)

So if you do general Rule of Thumb on OC you knock it down 2 Points.

That would make My picks PSA 6 or PSA 7 on all 3

Unfortunately on the images they are .jpg's of about 6mb each so had to have them adjusted down to under the .jpg limit for web of about 25kb each...don't know of another way to make them bigger but same kb...

To get bigger pictures, you need to host them somewhere else. I usually just upload mine to facebook (you can set it so your friends don't see it), and then post the URL link inside the img tags to show it. Or once you copy/paste the website address for the photos, you click on the picture icon (yellow sky over mountain) at the top of the text box and paste your link inside.

so there might be 3MC's or a 4MC in here. Doubt any half points.

7mc 7 oc and a 7mcjust guessing hard to tell from scans. Even big ones. Need to hold in hand and angle etc in proper light to truly get a good idea. Oh yeah and the backs matter also when grading so going off just the front can be dangerous see back scans now and have adjusted guesses accordingly

I am going to guess 6s across the board, except the Dente which has a miscut back.

I was going 4's with no qualifiers. Obviously qualifiers are a whole different story.

How do you determine MC vs OC?

Seems like they are the same thing to me.
