Cabinet card of Jem Mace

Posted By: XanaduNow
A recent pickup that I thought others might enjoy.

Mace was in New York from 1869-1871 and again in 1876. William Howell Studios moved from Broadway in 1878. Based on that I place this Mace card between 1869-1876.

Arthur

Posted By: Jimmy
very nice early photo, Mace was a top fighter of his time and early items are hard to find. Most of the time you see just Harper Weekly prints of fights from the 1870s and 1880s, but not cabinet cards

Take Care

Jimmy
