eBay 1933 Goudey Ruth Cards.

Hello. Got a question about ebay and selling these expensive Ruth cards. Right now, as I'll bet some of you are following, there are the 4 Ruth cards from the 1933 Goudey set on sale from the same dealer. 3 of the 4 cards have the eBay Authenticity Guarantee on it, and one does not. Can someone explain why that is? I contacted the person, and he said eBay usually does this automatically. But it's over $10,000 and no Guarantee. The card has been sold on eBay, Heritage Auctions, and now eBay again in the past couple years. It has a small white dot (said by the owner to be flint or dust) on the cap, but the PSA Verification and Heritage scans don't have this white dot. Sorry it's so long. Any opinions or hesitancy to offer on this. Just curious to see what more experienced people think. Thanks.

You're in the wrong subforum, as this one is normally for game-used memorabilia and autographs, but I'll take a look. PC Sportscards is a regular blowout contributor, but he's a consignment house for many different sellers.
I believe it does not have the Authenticity Check because one of the Item Specifics states "Autograph Authentication - Topps" and that may be what's screwing it up. Since it's not autographed and not a Topps card, it should be rejected by PSA even if it gets sent to them to recheck the slab. If you tell Josh and team to edit that information (although I think he might have to cancel the auction if so), it should go through eBay graded Authentication via PSA.

However, this one is still listed as going through Authentication, but with the following errors in the description:

oops. Thank you.

My best and most educated guess is that there is something wrong with the listing. When that happens, it can automatically void the guarantee. And by wrong, I mean something minor like maybe the listing doesn't state that the card is original somewhere in the description.
