Toronto Sportscard Expo

Anyone heading up from the U.S. to the big Toronto show this weekend...? I'm heading over on Sunday - looking for 1915 Cracker Jacks. Let me know if you're heading up with any.

Herb.

It's a good show but if you're strictly looking for pre war baseball, I'd save the gas money.

Never been to it before.. But heard its 90 percent hockey.. How is the 50s and 60s baseball selection? how is the show for those that have been to it?

I enjoy the show and go to each one. Ninety percent hockey seems about right to me. There are a handful of dealers with 50s-60s baseball - most of it raw. There is only one dealer that brings a material amount of pre-war baseball. I buy a T206 from him most shows. I'll be there tomorrow night, in case anyone else is as well.

I've been to the show many many times and yes it's mostly hockey. But because of that, there are deals and bargains to be had. If "selection" is important, then I would agree - no - it's not a great "baseball" show. Still worthwhile though IMO.
