I thought this was graded with a number but it isn't....PSA got it right...
(I deleted the thread but put it back up as I don't really like to delete threads)

Looks trimmed to me. The jig-jog below the city name is the dead give-away.

Maybe that card was stored in a book with the top part of the card hanging out?:D
