Possible? Yes, it is posssible. Is your only worry about the centering top-to-bottom? The angle of photo makes it hard to gauge the centering, but it seems to be outside the PSA 7 guideline.
Photo angle make it hard to see frosting as well.

Two corners on the right look awfully shaky for a 7 too.

I wish these sellers would realize they are turning off buyers and likely losing sales by using these cel phone photos that resemble the opening credits for Star Wars rather than a standard scan.

In order for that centering to qualify for an overall grade of 7, it would have to be 9OC. That card is not a 9 in any way. It looks like a 5 with poor eye appeal to me. Makes me think it's a phony slab.
