type collectors, back collectors
A question for those of you who think of yourselves as type collectors. Do you consider, for example, T207 a type for your checklist, or does your type collecting also include back collecting, so you'd need a Recruit, a Napoleon, a Red Cross, etc. rather than just a single T207?

I'm 100% with Leon on this. Every back is a different type.

In my type collecting...this has always been my goal...that every different back...no matter how minor the difference is a type!

Beautiful cards Leon!!!!!

You know, something I think would be fun, and I am not implying they add value to the card...would be to do a T206 backstamp thread...I am always amazed at the variety of backstamps I have found, some just names, some very ornate...it would be cool to have a depository and record of how people defaced their cards.
