Help Identify: 1950's Album Page Autograph

1 Attachment(s)
This was from a large autograph album that included mostly baseball players but also a few basketball players and Olympians. Everything was signed in the early 1950's...

This particular album page includes:
  1. Dick McGuire (basketball)
  2. Irving Jaffee (Olympian)
  3. UNKNOWN

The unknown signature looks like "Walt"? Any ideas?

Thanks for the help!

Looking through some pages I had here, this 1930's album page also has one (#5) that I wasn't able to identify:

1. Bill Dickey
2. Lefty Gomez
3. Jack Falloon (AA - Newark Bears)
4. Lee Stine
5.
6. Babe Dahlgren
7. Paul Andrews
8. Paul Schreiber
9. Frank Crosetti
10. George Selkirk

Second name looks like Ken Andrews (hockey).

First name looks like "Walter Carter." Who dat? No idea. A lot of Walter Carters, but none seem likely to be the signer there.

Agree with Chris, the name in the second pick looks unmistakably like "Ken Andrews," but we've never heard of him as player or coach,
and neither have http://www.hockeydb.com/ or https://www.hockey-reference.com/ ...
All the other names appear to be baseball, but even ignoring the "C Hockey" notation, https://www.baseball-reference.com/
turns up only two guys named Ken Andrews, both with only brief careers in the low low minors...

I believe the first one is professional boxer Walter Cartier.

I could only find one vintage version online and it clearly matches. Thanks for the help!

Jeez, I should have recognized that one. Mr. Cartier was my neighbor for years. His son Vince was also an athlete. He ran a 4:06 indoor mile in high school. Held the scholastic record for several years.
