Question about buying a M101-2

Posted By: Eric S.
Guys,
I'm looking at buying one of my favorite Cubbies, M. Brown, in the M101-2 Sporting News series but not up to speed on their value or desirability in the market. Are these pages from Sporting Life, were they loose inserts, etc.? Looks to me like it's a sheet out of the publication and I'm having a tough time pulling the trigger on several hundred for it.
Thanks,

Eric

Question about buying a M101-2

Posted By: Phil Garry
Eric:

Doug is right, you should be able to find one for $100 or less but it might take some time as these are not that common in the marketplace. What keeps the prices reasonable is the fact that they are oversize "paper" pieces and have a limited number of collectors pursuing them.
