One of the great things about this set is the cards look so awesome with solid centering. I was flipping through some of my graded cards and I really am happy with these two Andre's.

Jack Brisco was a big deal in Florida in the 70's. When you watch old film you can tell he was a very tough dude.

I have higher grades but this card has terrible centering in general so I am always quick to grab any that look this good. I bought this a few months ago and a great card with tremendous eye appeal.

Obviously the set of cards in REA will not be a top draw in price but it is certainly one in page views. The set has 327 page views and the 1954 Topps Hank Aaron PSA 9 has 306.

Pretty cool to see so many eyeballs checking the set out in its first real appearance on the big stage!

Nice to see the set getting some action. It has hit my $1,100 minimum fair value estimate with a few days to go.

Very curious to see where it goes from here. I haven't placed any bids and don't know anyone who has.

I just self subbed this card. What a beautiful copy. Dick Slater was a tough dude and made Sting beg for mercy in real life.

The two cards I have the most of are Kerry Von Erich and Bruiser Brody. I have somewhere close to 40 copies of the Kerry card.

Centering is always tough on these so a very nice copy.

This guy never amounted to much in professional wrestling but his card is tough. There are five PSA 9's and they are in two hands. I have two and brokensoul6900 has the other three.

I sent this in knowing it would grade an 8 but did so because the front looks almost perfect and it just has a touched corner on the reverse. Not worth much but a super strong 8 and I like to collect the set for eye appeal too.

Here is a link to Jim Cornette explaining the story of Dick Slater putting Sting's in a toilet and flushing over Sting giving Slater's ex girlfriend, Dark Journey, a ride to the next town.

The clip also has the added bonus of Cornette detailing an incident in which he was "shaking like a dog shitting peach seeds" over Slater confronting him about calling the office regarding Slater booking a 30-minute draw against Cornette's Midnight Express.

Mid-South Wrestling All Stars

I came across a 1984 Mid-South Wrestling Calendar which had what very well could have been a cancelled second series of the 1983 Wrestling All Stars cards. Photos of 2 of the cards were used for each of the 12 months plus January 1985 for a total of 26. I scanned each of the pages and had a custom card making source make me a blank-backed set of the 26. The Calendar was produced in 1983 by Pro Wrestling Enterprises just as the Wrestling All Star cards had been previously. Here are scans of the 26 custom cards i had made up for me at my imageevent page (items 10-12):

Those look awesome!!!

I purchased quite a few of the calendars from Wrestle Prints who bought out PWE and they are obviously larger panels.

Did you get more copies printed?

I know a few collectors who have gotten them signed but these would be super cool!
