Posted By: <b>jamie</b><p>trying to identify the two players in the photograph- i believe it originates from the wisconsin area(based on the photographic paper- moen tone) and dates from the 1920's. the only negro league team i know of that played in that area was the union giants. of course this is all guesswork but the player on the right looks familiar. hoping they may ring a bell with another board member...<br /><br /><img src="http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/3610/neg0jt.jpg"><br /><img src="http://img103.imageshack.us/img103/7233/negclose6ei.jpg">

Posted By: <b>Brian H</b><p>You believe it might be from Wisconsin. There was a Negro League team in Milwaukee for 1 year. The team was called the Milwaukee Bears and it played in 1923.
