Ultra-Pro holders question

I recently bought 30......1/4 inch non-recessed 4 screw Ultra-Pro holders from a guy on Ebay at about 50 cents a holder. Every one of them has what I call "Flash" on the bottom of them, presumably from where they pull it out of the mold.

I have to file and sand every one of these or I won't put a card in them.

Is this just how these come? I wrote back to the guy to ask if they were seconds and he didn't respond.

I don't mind filing this nub off, I just wondered if any once else experienced this.

Why doesn't Ultra-Pro have their own website?

Thanks for responses

I have purchased many holders over the years manufactured by different companies. I have encountered this many times with all types. It doesn't bother my too much anymore as I take a thiker exacto knife blade and slice them off. Just be careful not to slip. A hospital visit for stitches isn't worth a card holder being clean.
