Posted By: <b>Wesley</b><p>cmoking, E92 cards are generally not handcut cards. In this case, the Wagner card may have been cut from a sheet of unfinished E92s. In the past dealers have called these unfinished cards proofs. I don't think they are proofs. I think the card is just a card that was cut off a sheet where the printing process had not been completed. <br /><br />There had been blank back cards cut from notebook covers for other issues (notably E95 and E96). The Wagner card listed appears to be regular card stock and not the notebook cover stock found on the other cards.
