They could have been cut recently, who knows and/or who can tell? The graders can't, and if you get them together privately, they'll will admit it. Actually, we might have passed the denial phase of the "when" on the cutting of strips happened and entered into a different era of considerations on their grades (which is good). I have always said, give the strips numbers if you want to, but at least put the "hand-cut" caveat on the flip. As for these '51 Bowman's I have owned several strips and singles of all types and varieties of misprints, many similar to the ones shown here. I am pretty sure I still have some in my cases for sale, too :)... I think mine are blank backed but don't remember, off the top of my head. I think they look neat.
