I wonder if PSA would have different color codes for haunted vs extremely haunted. Would mint haunted go for more than VG extremely haunted? These questions need to be answered. LOL

He is also selling a 'Geek Surprise Box' and a 'Prank Box'. My guess is that the seller probably feels that anyone dumb enough to buy such items (as well as his 'haunted' items) deserves whatever they get.

More seriously, I'm guessing they buy these items from the scam sites and then bring them to ebay, as this is a forgery style I've seen before and I'm sure this ebayer isn't doing them himself.
