72 hours in a Net54 shirt - A Cultural Experiment

For the last three days I have been moving across the country by auto.
In Des Moines three days ago I put on a Net54 shirt for the day. Yesterday and today I did the same (A clean shirt each day I might add.)

Now for my report.

Total number of compliments received = 0

Net54 members met = 0

Inquiries from baseball fans about Net54 = 0

Assaults for any reason = 0

Wearing my Net54 shirt proudly in 8 states - priceless

Oh well, at least they are comfortable if not fashionable. I wear them approximately 5x a week :)....

I'm wearing my Ty Cobb shirt right now as we speak. It's part of my shirt rotation, and today was its turn to be worn.

Lots of questions

I suspect you had four shirts in the rotation years ago and now have five?:D

When a shirt goes on the DL, what is the reason?
fading, tear, stain, etc

Have any of your shirts ever had Tommy John surgery and by whom a surgeon or a tailor?

Do you have minor league shirts to bring into the rotation when there is an injury to one of your starters?

What does your "closer" look like and how long are you able to wear it?

Any potential Hall of Famers in your current rotation?

How do you keep track of your pitch count each day?

I have more than five but they've all come up lame.

My shirts don't go on the DL until they disintegrate, like dandelion spores.

My wife has sewn a few shirt holes for me. It takes a full year until they are ready to wear again.

My plain white tee shirts are my minor leaguers.

I add steroids to my laundry detergent, so no, there aren't any potential HOFers.

Net54 T-shirt is my closer. He's saved the day on many occasions.

I pitch one shirt per day into the hamper...it's rare for my pitch count to reach two.

Barry's game-worn shirts won't last as long during his retirement season. I also hear he will be changing his welome mats daily.
