My dad picked these up about 20yrs ago...
Any help would be appreciated. I usually follow T206 and unfamiliar with equipment so sorry if this is a waste of anyone's time.

Also apologize if posted in wrong forum.

Bats not for sale at this time.

Thanks, Frank

I am by no means a bat expert but mushroom knob bats were most popular
in the first two decades of the 20th century. D&M Draper and Maynard was a
prominent equipment manufacturer out of New England I believe, possibly New Hampshire.

You have two c.1910-15 Draper & Maynard bats. The end is usually referred to as a 'ball' knob. In the catalog it appears to match what D&M called the "D&M Special'. Condition not the best, but nice display bats, and not common bats. I would put value at ~$50 - 75 each.

Not to disagree with joe - but they are fairly scarce . I'd would pay 300 each .. Probably more if the pictures were better . Great bats . Your dad did awesome !

No problem Matt. There is no one I would trust more about bats than you. I was being critical of the condition, and I don't collect bats anymore, so my values are very subjective. If you would pay $300, then that is what they are worth :).

P.S. Hope to make it down to Point Pleasent soon to see you and the store.
