Should just use the online form to submit cards? We get a lot of phishing information submitted through the request form, so it is possible that your request was inadvertently missed or deleted. Feel free to e-mail me your information, and I can get you a kit Monday.<br><br>You can submit using the online invoice without receiving the submission kit. We offer the kit for collectors who prefer writing out carbon copy invoices. Posted By: <b>Brian</b><p>Crossovers from any company can be combined on the same invoice--no problem. On the one card that you have a minimum grade for, I'd suggest putting a Post It note on the holder with your minimum grade. For all others where you have no minimums, you can note that in the Variations/Comments column of the invoice. Please specify whether you are just looking for any numerical grade (i.e. it's OK if a 5 goes to a 4) or if you want the cards crossed to SGC regardless of the outcome (i.e. it's OK if a 5 goes to an Authentic if we detect alterations).<br><br>Brian
