Game Used Forums activity......on Net54baseball
 

Hey Guys
It's been 7 months and it seems as though our GU forums really haven't picked up steam the way they were hoped to. As I have said before, I feel if a forum doesn't get much activity it doesn't really look good for the board. That being said, there are going to be some aesthetic changes to the board very soon and I will probably do away with the 2 GU forums we have. One new thread every week doesn't really constitute much activity. WE can go back to having the GU threads, which we do have, in the regular memorabilia section. Unless someone comes up with some good reasons not to do that, then that will most likely be the plan of action. Thanks to all who have participated over here. We will try to keep these forums as archives but not sure if that will be possible either. best regards

Bummer Leon. I know there hasn't been too much traffic going on so far, but I clicked on the game used portion everyday to look around since I'm a game used guy most of all.

Maybe see how it goes for a little longer, or if someone else has suggestions to keep it but make it better, chime in....

I am all ears and don't "have" to take them down. That being said I just don't feel that approximately 1 new thread a week is enough. I am not asking anyone to post more or less, it's just an observation. I think the same threads would would be put into the memorabilia section anyway, if these GU forums aren't here. We can leave it for a while longer but I just don't think the activity level is going to make it viable forums. We shall see.....and, honestly, I am not a person that can add a lot over here. My focus and passion is on the card side with a few other related niches.....happy collecting!!

It seems like the only guys who want to keep this forum alive are guys who have been kicked off Game Used Forums (i.e. UnVme 7)
