Huggins & Scott Auctions has an immediate opening for an Assistant Auction Coordinator. We are seeking an ambitious, savvy individual with a willingness to learn. An attention-to-detail and ability to handle shifting organizational priorities under hard deadlines is essential. Qualified candidates will be asked, but not limited to, handling the day-to-day processing of collections, tracking and researching rare and unique collectibles, tracking auction items both before and after an auction period along with interfacing with consignors, bidders, writers, authenticators and other personnel within the company.
Must be willing to work in, or relocate to the Washington, DC area. Extensive knowledge of the sports card and memorabilia industry is critical. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.
