Help needed with a c. 1930's Cleveland Indians pennant

At 26 inches (no including tassels) would this line up with the pennant pictures on Mike Egner's guide (first issue) on page 54? If so Mike lists one in good shape at a value of $200-$300. This one has some staining and cracking. Hoping to list on the BST at a fair price. May I ask for the pennant collectors thoughts re pricing pls? Thanks!

The one in Mike's Guide is the full-sized Navy Blue Keezer version. It commands more $$ than this 3/4 size variation (which is more common and has a less impressive presence). This one (with the smaller size and light stains) won't go for that amount.

If I were selling this particular one, I'd be really happy to get $75. If I were buying, I would be patient, and eventually find one for about $50. So the actual price you can expect or "sweetspot" probably lies somewhere inbetween $50 - $75.

Of course, if you want to be like 90% of ebay sellers, you can price it at $199 and watch it collect dust for a few years.

Hope this helps,
Mark
