1960 New York Yankees Publication
 

I just recently came across a bunch of yearbooks and scorecards. One of the publications that I came across was one of the 1960 NY Yankees. The format appears to be that of a yearbook but I do not think that this is an official yearbook. Bottom of cover says "Book designed and published by Jay Publishing Co. Inc. Not an official publication."

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this particular publication.

I am pretty sure what you have is the yearbook without the cover. I have the 1961 and the last page before the cover is the schedule. Jay Publishing sold non-official yearbooks for a number of teams including the Yankees.

I believe you just figured that one out. Found a few pages in there that had page numbers on them and by counting backwards, it turns out that what I thought was the cover is actually page # 1. Hopefully, I can find the cover buried among the other yearbooks.

Sometimes you'll see (particularly on eBay) older yearbooks offered for sale with the cover missing but represented to be complete by a seller who's unaware of the actual condition.
