I have this signature or maybe a stamp on the back of this Old Judge , Has anyone ever seen this before or know anything about it ????

Definitely a stamp based on the low ink version directly above the darker version. John W. Eisenhower. Do some research and see if this is the same lineage as the President/General.

It's not Dwight's son at least. John Sheldon Doud Eisenhower (middle name doesn't start with a 'W').
