Promotion details
The Promotion starts at 5​:00AM PT on M​arch 22, 2​018 and ends at 1​1:​59PM PT on M​arch 23, 2​018 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion applies to any qualifying item purchased during the Promotion Period that meet the minimum purchase requirement. You must activate the offer to qualify.

*Qualifying items exclude all items in the following categories: Classifieds; Business & Industrial, but only for Heavy Equipment within that category; Real Estate; Gift Cards & Coupons, including eBay Gift Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital Gifts within that category; Bullion within the Coins & Paper category; and all categories in Motors, except Parts & Accessories.

Already took advantage. To my surprise, the seller of an item I'd been watching for a few weeks, just reduced the buy it now price by $30 as well. Couldn't resist.

plus if have a Chase Freedom card and use paypal..you get 5% off more in the form of cashback on any purchases in April to June 30.....

Have that card as well but never use it. Does it apply to all? Do you have to opt in or anything? I pay with United Visa to get the miles, but cash back is better.

you have to elect it for the period....make sure its just the Freedom card. ..the 'unlimited freedom card' doesnt allow for that option...applies to 1500 dollar worth of paypal for the time period.
