Wow, this is a cool card... Jimmy Collins T206 printing error

So I wonder if SGC gave it AUTH because they don’t want to assess it at all??

In this case, why the AUTH?

As far as I know Authentic is what all oddities get, scarps missing colors etc...

Kind of cool, but miles from $7000 of cool.

Great card

About 5 years ago it would of already been sold. Great card just a soft market.

I saw it at the National. Neat card and does have some weirdness going on...

The Collins is an example of what our cards would look like if all the makeup hasn't been applied.

funny business weirdness, or cool weirdness?

I guess it looks cool...in a fuzzy, low-res photo that lacks detail sort of way.

I couldn't tell any funny business weirdness. Just cool weirdness but not enough of a T206 guy to know what was going on with it.

It just looks like it got wet to me. To each their own.

It looks like it is missing the black ink. It got the A either b/c that happened at the factory and the card was hand cut or because it was issued as it should have been and someone messed with the card to remove the ink. Given the splotchy appearance of the background and the apparent factory cut I think there is a good chance that the second option is what happened. Scraps are definitely soft right now, but even if this one was legit I don't think it ever would have been anywhere near a $7,000 card - just my opinion there.
