Please share 1970-71 pistol pete rc sgc 5 stolen!!!
 

Hello,

Law enforcement did zip for me so I am left to beg for help from friendly eyes in the collector world.

This Pistol Pete RC was stolen from me by auction. The person used a stolen credit card to buy it from me on my auctioneer site. Maybe 10 days after it was mailed I got a call from a company in NYC who said they had a fraudulent charge on their credit card that was lost.

Long story short, my processor refunded and I lost the appeal. Law enforcement didn't do anything, not even visit the house this was mailed to.

Anyway, the SGC number is 7760462
I did contact SGC but not sure they can do anything

The buyer used a fake name.

Police told me the address, which is in South Carolina I believe, is a "slum" area.

It is not even clear someone lives at the address used. Thief could have used the address as a drop to pick it up himself, who knows. My efforts to find a person living there failed.
