OT: Any Info on This Clemente Coin?

One of my consignors gave me this Clemente coin to sell. I cannot find any info on this. I was hoping that someone out there might know something about it.

Coin has a 1 1/4" diameter and is gold in color. It weighs about .4 ounce.

Any info would be appreciated.

There is one on ebay right now. Search Clemente Coin and you will find it. The scan is a little far away so you might miss it.

It is from 2007 and is part of a set of 12 given away at home games from Giant Eagle Supermarkets. Price is $9.99
