Apopa FL show

There’s a monthly show in Apopka FL. I look forward to going to the show when I get to Florida for the winter season. I attended the show yesterday and I was certainly excited to see the amount of vintage. From early 1900s to current years, with about 75-80% vintage. I found some 1954 baseball for the set my son and I are working on. I also picked up a nice Alcindor rookie card. The dealers that I bought from were friendly and negotiable with the price.
If your in the Orlando area, it’s worth going to.

I live 10-15 minutes from that show and attend just about every month for that reason. You are correct, for the 20 or so dealers that are there, a lot of vintage cards are available. The roster of dealers is just about identical every show with the same 4 major vintage dealers there each month. They are nice enough people but know exactly what they have and what the market is on everything so best case scenario is you get a fair price on things. I will say that about 90% of the bigger cards that these guys have are raw as opposed to graded. Personally, just about anything that I am going to spend $100+ on, I only buy graded for the obvious reasons. The remaining 15-20 dealers do mainly modern to ultra-modern with a new dealer or two in the mix just about every show. That’s my take on the show and who/what is there.
