Posted By: <b>Bob</b><p>You have a seen "a few" signed Mathewson photos? <br><br>Where have you seen these? <br><br>I have come to understand that his signatures are a premium in any form...outside of course the two currently offered in Sauderton, PA (hint: think SCD) that rarity and Mathewson signatures as far as terminology goes, go hand and hand. <br><br>"A few" may better go with describing...say...Gehrig, but Mathewson signed photos?<br><br>Bob

Posted By: <b>davidcycleback</b><p>The photograph itself is grade A. Without a signature I would expect it to sell for thousands. Zooming in, you can clearly see the cloth patterns in his coat and socks, which is known as detail and clarity in a vintage photo.
