Posted By: Rhett YeakleyI am making available a VERY RARE (I don't throw that word around too much) near set of 1924 V122 Willard's Sports Champions. I have 52 of the 56 cards in the set, and all 4 I need are "commons" so you will be getting all the stars in the set. If you are into the PSA set registry, this set will become #1 immediately should you decide to get them graded, as the cards are extremely nice (including the Ruth & many of the stars) and there hasn't been a set like this offered in MANY YEARS. I have collected this set for several years and prior to picking ap a large chunk in a collection there were sveral cards I had NEVER seen before. I am looking to get $8495.00 for the set, and I will not be reducing the price to move it. If there is no interest at this price I will keep it, as I feel the price is actually a little on the low side -- as there is tremendous break up potential.
