There used to be an old rather vulgar saying
Posted By: tbob
about "who do you have to (expletive deleted) to get something here?" After having PSA say first they will grade cards as authentic, then saying its up to each grader, then having a couple of hand cut cards rejected completely because they were hand cut, I find this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31718&item=5159412 614&rd=1

Check the grade description. O.K., now tell me it doesn't matter who submits the cards...Yeah, right

Posted By: Paul
Bob, I started another thread about these cards. I don't think the error here was PSA's decision to grade them. It's their conclusion that the cards are hand cut. I don't think they are. There is no evidence that they were issued in strips, as far as I know.
