If so, he must be having a real good dream--check out his smile. I have always preffered the 1933 Goudey batting pose #92--just a classic ballplayer action shot.<br /><br />Brian

Posted By: <b>Mark</b><p>No 1031 treatment for cardboard. Plus, there is a special tax rate for gain on collectibles (28%), higher than for capital assets (eg, stock). Moreover, there could be substantiation problems with proving one's basis (cost) unless he or she saved his or her invoice.

Posted By: <b>John Spencer</b><p>I have to go with the '36 WW Gum, Lou's last card. I think it is particularly poignant since the card shows, to me at least, the first signs of the terrible disease that was to take him 5 years later. Very sad.
