OT - Autographed Baseballs - who should certify?

Board member Richard Simon is well known and respected in the autograph hobby. For resale purposes, an LOA from any of the four would be worthwhile. GAI is known as being extra picky, which means a GAI LOA is reliable for the buyer but that they reject what some consider to be genuine autographs.
