Posted By: Cobby33
Good luck.

Paypal (eBay's step-child), just stole $35.00 from my Paypal account due to a fraudulent buyer's false claim that he never received the card. I used Paypal postage AND the tracking number PROVIDED BY PAYPAL showed that the item was accepted, per the USPS website. Plus the buyer had been suspended with feedback such as, "...thief..." by other sellers.

Great job, eBay/Paypal!

Posted By: Mike
Off topic, but I got an e mail from a fictional e bay seller, telling me I hadn't paid for my item, and that if I didn't pay, they were going to report me to e bay.. Well, I reported them. E bay snapped to attention, and took care of the matter. Thank You e bay. Kudos to you.

Edited to add: My son recently had his identity stolen, and they used it to pay Pay Pal. This world has gotten very very weird.

Posted By: Marty
Do not expect any action. I told them about some selling a T206 Cobb that I had listed in my eBay store. This is the response that I received

Dear allmartysstuff,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to another member that appears to
be using your image without permission.

We reviewed the image in these two Item numbers--230128071140 and
120075529376--and found that they are similar. However, we found that
they are similar because the image is available on the Internet at:

http://www.martyspsagradedcards.com

You bet you can find my image on my web site. I sent a message back that since my image was of an item that had a serial number on on it so it is a unique item. I doubt that I will hear from them. They did not end the other listing. The scammer said that he would end the auction early if someone agreed to a price with him.
