Guys---the booklets were included in both 70 and 71...and you need both to be complete
. I found I needed not only those but every insert set...at least through 1994....and then all the issued and unissued test sets
By the way, if you were unaware of the fact there were 70 and 71 booklets...the differences are subtle...you may have a mixed set
