Looks like #34 on the knob. 1983-85 labeling, but non-foil stamped name so likely not from 1985. I would say it is likely Junior Ortiz. He wore #34 with the New York Mets in 1983 and 1984.
Could certainly also be a minor leaguer with that same last name, but given the same uniform number and era I think Junior Ortiz is a safe bet.
