Does anyone know jrowejr25 on ebay or is he a member here?
I ask because he has over 5k transactions on ebay and 100% feedback.
However, he bought a small lot from me for $45 on Sunday and has not made payment. I have contacted him three times and not heard back.
He has tons of awesome items actively for sale.
I don't want to give negative feedback so I am trying to reach him,
