It doesn't specify whether Ted Williams is in the photo or not; I assume not. I would think a picture of Ted next to/near the damaged plane would be much more valuable than an autographed picture of the plane by itself. Either way I think it is significantly more valuable than a generic Ted Williams signed baseball photo; of which there seems to be a never-ending supply.

Also, if Ted is not in the picture how can it be proven that it's his plane? Not trying to be skeptical, just curious
