This is his "other" RC from the set. I purchased this about 2 years ago, the previous owner stated that it came back "Mini Size Requirement" from PSA; however, I'm under the impression that this is fairly common in the set (factory cut them shorter, not being trimmed). (Specks are from Scanner , overall card is clean)
