Bob, I've toyed with a few more cards. Nothing at a stage I'd be willing to show, but the practice helps, as it makes extracting subjects from backgrounds easier, and the rest of the whole prep-time required before starting a custom gets faster, too.
I just love your work. I'm going to look into getting a really nice printer in the spring so I can start printing my own customs. I've seen a few you've done that I'm probably going to buy, too.
The whole custom exercise adds yet another dimension to the hobby, and I love it. That I can make cards to fill holes left by the companies that made cards, is so cool. No 1956 Topps Stan Musial? No problem. I can just make my own!
