Looks like reasons for member to member contact hasn't changed:

What are the guidelines?
- Spam (email)
- Threats
- Profanity and hate speech
- Feedback comments containing inappropriate content


Not sure where "unprofessional" fits in here, I bet he has a relative working for ebay!
