i think I may have 3 or 4 different versions of that card, mainly differences in the phone number listed on back.

The card pictured him as a catcher in the format of their 1973 card design. They then created more of them in 1991, updating the card with different business bio info. Both cards can be found with or without autos on ebay from time to time. I don't know how many were made but they are not rare, so Joe must have been liberal in giving them out with autographs on them.
