They also have an OF qualifier for out-of-focus. So I think it may be a 5, but it could be a 5(OF) based on the poor registration. Kind of a gray area as to whether this would be "slightly out-of-register" for a PSA 5; it's pretty distracting compared to normal Rose rookies.
