I do not disagree with your info I don't no I read a book. the baseball encyclopedia by Macmillan publishing has Gowdy from 1910 NY 1911 NY & BOS 1912 - 1913 to 1923 BOS and back and forth NY -BOS from 1924 to 1930

I have the federal league stats from 1912 - 15 he is not mentioned in my book
