My seller said,he got it signed in person. At a card show,in 1990.I looked up the card show.It corroborated his story that mickey was there at a signing. He's been an EBayer for 18 years. A feedback of 100%. Guaranteed my money back, if it failed the auto test. He has tons of highend stuff, Mantle DiMaggio,Gehrig, on ebay. And finally, PSA authenticated it. I have a good feeling, its real.

Prove to me,your stuff is real????? How do you convince people, that your stuff is real???

How do you deem your collection real.???? Most of it,is PSA Certified.
NO. I said I hate it when someone makes the definitive statement that their item is real because they have a cert. The TPAs provide an opinion and that is all. It is not a guarantee. It is their opinion that this auto is real, but their opinion is not perfect. Nobody's opinion is perfect. The various TPAs, including PSA, have certed many fake autos. This is a matter of fact and examples of this are public record and are not just my opinion.

Stating that PSA thinks your ball is authentic is factually correct. Stating you believe the sellers story and your opinion is that it's authentic is also correct. Stating your auto IS real is factually not correct. The only way to prove it to yourself that the auto is real is to have seen it signed yourself.

I don't have to prove to you or anyone else my stuff is authentic. I don't collect to impress other people. If someone doesn't wish to believe that my stuff is real, so what? Almost none of my stuff is certified by anyone as I don't need to pay someone to give me their opinion that stuff I saw signed in front of me is real. The stuff that I didn't see signed I either feel comfortable in my own knowledge base, 35 yrs of collecting in the making, or I have bought from dealers I know for quite a while and trust their expertise.
I have only sent 2 items to any TPA ever and they were both done right before I sold the items to maximize the sale amount. The only items in my collection that are certed came that way and, for the most part, I would've rather had them without it as it would've saved me some money.

BTW, I never said the ball was definitely fake. I said it was either fake or the worst looking authentic Mantle ball I had seen in a while. Having a PSA letter does not change my opinion and I doubt changes anyone else's here either. Its' your ball and I hope you enjoy it.
