I own the almanac and went to the listing for 1960 fleer stickers on page 332. These are not the same ones. It's a 20 sticker set and reads as follows:
"This 20-sticker set measures the standard size. The fronts feature a cartoon depicting the title of the card. The pictures are framed with red and black stars and the words 'all star' printed in blue. First names are printed below that and are used to place in the blank box of each sticker to represent the person the sticker depicts. The stickers are unnumbered...."
