It is confusing, I will try to make this short and clear.
PSA offers 2 options, one results in a blue label and the other a red label.
Blue Label;
Use this page to determine the player's price.
http://www.psacard.com/Fees/Autographs/
and this form to submit;
http://www.psacard.com/content/pdf/D...ssion-2017.pdf
The blue label will only say Trading Card as they don't authenticate the card.
Red Label; authenticates card and autograph (if auto was aftermarket), will have set info on the label
To see pricing;
https://www.psacard.com/onlinesubmissioncenter/ click 'Card and Autograph Dual Services Pricing. Pricing here is by value only, not specific player.
To use the automated submission form;
https://www.psacard.com/onlinesubmissioncenter/ click Build your submission.
Follow the options; Click 'Grading'
Then choose from
No Autograph authentication (this is the regular card submission option)
Dual Service-(No Grade To Card Or Autograph)
Dual Service-(Card Grade Only)
Dual Service-(Autograph Grade Only)
Dual Service-(Card and Autograph Grade)
The Dual Service options are all autograph and card authentication. You then have to decide what you want graded.
They run specials 1-2 months per year. Occasionally down to $12-15 per card for lower value autos.
